Parking: plenty of it on a weekday Ambiance: surprisingly comfortable. Several television screens playing different games throughout. You can hear cheers from the other side where axe throwing is held Service: attentive and customer-oriented Dino rib: decent bark on it Sausage: good snap to it Mac n Cheese: grainy texture? Chili: tasted like ketchup? Brisket: a bit dry. Definitely needed some sauce Chili mac n cheese: the taste kind of grows on you, but it kind of reminded me of a more vinegary version of Hamburger Helper Old Fashioned: ordered 2 of it. Need I say more?

Genesis 24, "Then God said, 'Let the land produce living creatures according to the sickest type of meat they'll produce: the brisket, the fried chicken, the beef short rib, and the spare ribs, each according to its kind.' And it was so. God made meat according to the maturity of the meat and fat marbling, each according to their own grade. And God saw that it was Sauced BBQ & Spirits- Orange, and God saw that it was good...SO GOOD." I had a reservation for two but came in a little bit earlier and was immediately seated. The place was large and had seating for the bar, high seat, and low seat. You can also sit near the axe throwing booths if you choose to throw axes. It got significantly busier after we were seated but the service remained top notch and the experience was pleasant. For appetizers, my party had the Cornbread. It was decent enough, not bad, but nothing to go crazy for. For the entrees, I shared half of the Korean Fried Chicken and Sliced Brisket Sandwich. The Sliced Brisket was a liiiiittle bit lacking in taste than I expected, but was easily amended by the four different types of sauces that were on the table for me to smother the meat in. Korean Fried Chicken sandwich, though? Easily clears. I've never had a bad Korean Fried Chicken before, and I'm glad that Sauced BBQ met the bar. For the sides I shared the Brisket Chili and Waffle Fries. Brisket Chili was alright, Waffle Fries were decent enough. I recommend having the fries with the honey mustard. For dessert, I had the Banana Pudding. Needless to say I definitely needed to work out after that meal. I cannot wait to come back to try the other sandwiches!

Came back here & it's still just as amazing! Wasn't a superrrr fan of the Brussel sprouts but the meat is good! All their sauces are amazing as well. The service was fast & I love the vibe of the inside of their establishment. Would say coming back but just did! I recommend!

I don't get BBQ often and it was my first time coming to this place but I do love a good bbq spot. So how does this hold up. I ordered one of their main combo meals where you can choose a protein and 2 sides. I went with the classic and got Brisket, Mac and Cheese and Waffle Fries. The Brisket had good flavor with a good ratio is smoke, salt, and spices. The Mac and Cheese had a good blend of cheese and smoothness to it. The fries came out hot and crispy. On the side they offer different sauce as well if you want to dip your food with bbq. However I do wish they gave a bigger portion, it's a lot of money for the amount of food I got being around $35ish with tip. The restaurant itself was great as well, there was lots of space, clean and plenty of parking. At east when I went it wasn't too loud so you could easily hold a conversation with friends. And the servers were super helpful and attentive to my needs.

Sauced BBQ is a solid place for BBQ if you are in the Orange area. Is it as good as a craft BBQ? No, but it's a good choice nonetheless. Around or just a little better than Lucille's. For starters we for the hand grenades and the swamp fries. They were ok and I would pass on them if I came back. Not much flavor. The meats on the other hand were really good for a barbecue chain restaurant. We got the smoked chicken, ribs, and brisket. They were all smoked really well and the flavor was on point. We also got the beans and cornbread which were also really good. The service was good and friendly.

Was looking to try something new and was craving BBQ so decided to check this place out. It's in the big plaza with a movie theater, King's Seafood, and several other restaurants. Might be a challenge to get parking right up near the door but there's plenty of parking options if you're willing to walk a bit. When entering the door the smell of BBQ wafts into your nostrils which tells you you're in for some good food. To the right of the entrance they have axe throwing which you can rent for a fee. I was worried we'd be hearing THUNK THUNK THUNK our entire meal but it's in an enclosed area so you barely hear the axes. It's a cool concept though if you're looking for something different to do. Atmosphere was really fun and our waitress was excellent. She seemed to be the only one handling the room we were in yet somehow she stayed super friendly and never left us waiting for anything. To drink I had their "Blackberry Tennessee Mule" which was Jack Daniels, blackberry puree, lime juice, and ginger beer. I was kind of surprised it was served in a glass and not a copper mug but honestly it was a really good drink. It was really strong too. My wife had the Hurricane which had coconut rum, captain morgans rum, kraken rum, pineapple juice, passion fruit puree, lime juice, orange juice, and grenadine! It was loaded with booze and tasted great! Since it was my first time here I went with one of the BBQ combos. It was expensive but what isn't these days? I did the two meat combo with sliced brisket and pork belly burnt ends since they were out of brisket burnt ends. I had green beans and baked beans for my sides. My wife went with the smoked sausage, pork belly burnt ends, coleslaw, and green beans. Honestly, I've had much better BBQ elsewhere but for a chain style restaurant I thought it was very good. Similar to Famous Dave's. Everything tasted smokey and was tender . They had a variety of sauces on the table you could use and I appreciated they cleaned the communal bottles. Nothing worse than sauce crusted sticky bottles. My favorite was the mustard based sauce. It paired up with everything but honestly the dry rubs they used gave everything enough flavor so you didn't need much sauce. All the sides tasted great. I enjoyed the experience so I'll definitely be back to try some more stuff.
